cd ripper not working
i just purchased ejukebox pro, everything works fine appart from my dvd/cd burner is not recognised or listed in the drop down menu, any ideas,
obviuosly my burner is working everywhere else, just not showing in ejukebox

Exactly the same problem. Rip window opens but dropdowns are blank. running on vista with blu ray combo.

I think Audiosoft is aware of that. It seems the eJukebox CD ripper don't like Vista!? Hope that will be fixed soon.
