Play By Location
I normally listen to 2 genres of music Country and Rock. I have my rock music in one folder and country in another. It would be neat in all the play
modes to be able to specify "play only songs in (directory)". I say this, because when I am in the mood for rock I don't want to hear
country.
Another I idea I have which might work better, but still accomplish the same thing is an option to only allow library entries from a certain directory
to actually load up in eJuebox. This way the songs in my country folder wouldn't even show up in the album display or artist list. I am basically
just requesting a way to keep the genres seperate. Is this possible?

1. It is possible to do this from the exellent playmode system in ejukebox already. Just enter playlist options---> custom mode. Then choose
"genre" in the menu at the top, and write "rock" or "country" that should do the trick for you, if you got genres
defined in your tags...
2. You can always choose the 'genre' menu at the top button row and ej will sort the albumlist by genre. Wish this was read totally from the
"genre" field in tags however. As it works now it is quite fuzzy.. Uses "keywords" from tunes within albums and such whitch can
creat some unexpected results..I bet this will get fixed soon however...
Hope this helps...

Thanks Fishy I never even realized you could sort the album list. Is
there a way to search for multiple genres like rock and soundtrack at the same time?

Didn't you make a html preset system for it as well? Sounds like a target for reciprocity then.. You simply deserve this

Yes Fishy! that was the great "Custom List Generator"! --> http://www.audiosoft.net/forums/viewthread.php?tid=683
It's a good simulator, they are several versions: you can choose your favourite...
I really hope that Audiosoft plan to be inspired by my prototype in eJukebox v4.0!

Wow Pirk that page you made looks really useful. I hope Audiosoft includes it in 4.0!
