licence full???????
when i log in get my licence,it says that it's not removable for 29 days.why is this? i have not put the software on any other pc.I am so
frustrated,i have paid for the licence and cannot get the program.Can anyone please help?

You get unlimited license transfers as long as you first do Tools->About->Remove License before activating your license on a different computer.
If you formatted your hard drive and/or no longer have access to the licensed PC you can once a month click 'Register Now', 'License is Full' and
'Remove License' to un-license a dead install...then you can 'Use License' on the computer.

I've already paid for another
licence,is it too late to get a refund?

I thought at first it had something to do with popularity mode...I'd play a music video, obviously that's "the most popular" with one play, so it
played it again..and again, etc.. Seemed to work a bit better when I turned that off, and I thought that was my problem...but then soon ran into the
same issue and couldn't make it start changing again. Sorry I can't be a bit more specific at the moment, a few fellow IT friends were over and we
were all looking at the jukebox trying to figure out what it was thinking...had some ideas but didn't end up figuring it out..
