Freeze after upgrade
I have severe freeze problems after the last upgrade. Running Vista home on anthalon dual core 3 GB ram. 50K+ songs. Was running excellent prior to
latest round of upgrades.
Will start up, but freezes right away.
I've cleaned up registry, CCleaner, disk check, etc.
What can I do?

Thanks for reporting. Is that with v5.43?
do you have a lot of albums in your album list?
i could be the new album list pre-loading on startup that is making it seem to lock up for a long time. for v5.44 i am will disabling the preloading
until the user checks an album list option to enable it.

Yes, it is 5.43
I have around 3,500 albums, 1200 artists
