Songs File and Folder names that eJukebox will read correctly for non-mp3 or non-tagged songs or videos
Artist\Album (Year)\Track# - Artist - Title (Year).xxx
Audiosoft,
Are you sure this way to name the non-ID3 files really works? Have you ever tested with ALL the tags??
Because I would like to import videos in eJ.. but I'm failing to import ALL the tags.
Thanks.

Pirk, what's not working with that? that format is not set in stone. you can leave out the track number and artist name in one of the spots. year
might also work in the songfile name. sorry i'm not in front of code at the moment to double check but will look it over soon and will get back to
you. btw did you go back to an older version or rebuild with .68?
Album (YEAR)\(Track #) - Title.xxx should work good if there is no tag or individual tag details are missing. though it may not pickup the album from
folder name if there is no cover.jpg, folder.jpg, or folder'sname.jpg. i will have to get back to you on that one too.

It's the track number and the year which are not imported. glad if you can look it over that when you will work again on fixing eJ... thanks.
Otherwise I'm still using .68!

No more trouble!
Audiosoft, I just found a way (well my mistake in fact..) that is working Good: Album\(Track#) - Artist -
Title (Year).xxx
The DASH (in red) is missing in your help example on the "Features" page of your site.. This is why that was not working good for me, just a small
dash missing!!
I noticed that also works good without the () around the track#, but the famous dash is compulsory! Track#. Title.xxx doesn't works..
I've edited the title of my post to avoid any mistake in the future.
Idea: If you could make so that the genre tag for the video files be set as "Video", that would be perfect! Or maybe even better: you could allow a
different "Play Now" icon for the video files! and you could add a
way to tag the Genre in the file names..
Thank you Audiosoft, and Sorry for the trouble.
