Personally, I use Tag & Rename (www.softpointer.com). I used to have a lot of problems tagging files for eJukebox and then re-tagging for
iTunes/iPod. Absolutely no problems now. I think you can download a free trial version, so worth a look.

Hi Fernando_ecamp,
I use mp3tagger,
http://www.mp3tagger.de/en/index.html
Easy to use, it has a filename=>tag and tag=>filename-converter and...
... support the following audio formats:
* Advanced Audio Coding (aac)
* Free Lossless Audio Codec (flac)
* Monkey's Audio (ape)
* Mpeg Layer 3 (mp3)
* MPEG-4 (mp4 / m4a / m4b / iTunes compatible)
* Musepack (mpc)
* Ogg Vorbis (ogg)
* OptimFROG (ofr)
* OptimFROG DualStream (ofs)
* Speex (spx)
* Tom's Audio Kompressor (tak)
* True Audio (tta)
* Windows Media Audio (wma)
* WavPack (wv)
