Activating Ejukebox
HI,
I had to reinstall my PC recently and in doing so I needed to re-activate my ejukebox. I purchased my license 3 years ago and according to the website
to reactivate I had to request a new licence using the new automated system. I did this over a month and a half ago but whenever I try to activate my
license it appears it is still in the "pending verify" state. The 30 day trial has expired so I cannot use the software now.
I have sent several e-mails to audiosoft about this but as yet I have had no feedback.
I am hopeing that somone here in this forum can help me as I need to use this software soon for my Birthday party.

I would like to help you Doffie, but only Audiosoft can transfert (manually) licenses from the old registration system to the new one.. I'm sure he
will solve your problem before your party!

So far no good,
Have heard nothing from Ejukebox and it still does not work.
Do not know what is happening but the service never used to be so bad. In the past I sent an email and got a new code in 10 days now with this new
fancy system I am unable to use this software for over 2 months.

Nope.. have not tried U2U - bit of a novice here.

Regarding sending Audiosoft a U2U message.
I assume I click on the U2U button and use "Audiosoft" as the recipient address?

Still not activation!!!
Ok
Tried email via the "contact us", posting on this forum and U2U - I still have no reply of any sort.
Its been over two months now.
Please - please Audiosoft can you sort this out. I paid for this licence and I feel its unfair that I cannot use this software.
If anyone else is in contact with audiosoft and can help me pass on this message I would appreciate it very much.

Doffie,
I have located your old 12/20/2004 eJukebox order and have activated you in the new registration system. You may now use your permanent email/password
to register eJukebox.

Audiosoft - Trying to explain to my wife over the last 2 months how to search folders and add mp3 filles into winamp has been a nightmare. Your
software has become a way of life. :-))))
