Windows error when EJB 4.70 shuts down

When I shut down EJB 4.70, I get the following error barking at me 100% of the time since the update. What could be causing this? It only occurs after the database optimization complete message. The error does not appear until after I click OK and the optimization message box disappears.

It seems as if EJB has already shut down completely. Prior to shut down EJB seems to be working fine. Kinda weird huh? I haven't seen anyone else post this issue.
