Smartsound Quictracks
Lately I found Smartsound Quictracks in my program folder and removed it with windows program remover, having no recollection of ever placing it in my
system.
Now when I try and load Ejukebox, it tries to configure Smartsound Quicktracks and of course can't. When I cancel this process, Ejukebox just
hangs.
Is Ejukebox using this outside program? If so, why?
Thanks,

You can try this Windows installer clean up tool to REMOVE "Smartsound Quictracks":
http://download.microsoft.com/download/E/9/D/E9D80355-7AB4-45B8-80E8-983A48D5E1BD/msicuu2.exe
I don't think your problem is related to eJukebox..

Well I don't know! Google seems to say that Smartsound Quictracks is
installed with Pinnacle studio..

Sorry for the red herring.
I found the problem. This is a plugin for some video programs. I have the one by Ulead, but didn't know it put that in. When you remove it, if you
don't remove the mother program it pops up and wreaks havoc with many other programs. I found lots of crap about this online. I solved it. It
doesn't have anything to do with audiosoft of course. Thanks for the help however. Much appreciated.
