Improvement of the Artist List
Audiosoft,
Since I have tagged my compilations with the artist name for each song, there are too much "insignificant" artists in the artist list.
I remember, that was a long time ago, you haved planned to improve the artist list in order to preserve its clarity. It was matter of putting the less
frequents artists at the end of the list. That was a good idea.
Maybe you could put at the end precisely artists which belongs to compilations. You could create a special classification for compilations.
Or if you want to do something more simple, maybe you could set (by an user option at the end of the list) a minimum number of songs (1 to 10) for an
artist to display it in the artist list. That would allow to eliminate artists which have less than one album. However I would prefer the first idea
or why not both together!
What do you think of that?
Have you planned to work again on the artist list very soon?
