After Downloading EJ will not install
I have owned EJ for a couple of years now. My OP sys is Windows XP 1.6GHZ. I uninstalled EJ because everytime I started the program I would get need
to update message. After downloading ver 3.99 (several times) it will not install on my machine, it opens a window for me to run the install then a
window pops up that says initalizing install (prepare for file extraction) then it doesn't do anything else....It just stops. HELP!!!! I have
downloaded the latest version of itunes and installed it with no problems . What gives?

Yes I have Win Amp 5 it works fine....
