When you Set a Local Image to a song in the eJukebox Editor it encodes the image inside of the mp3 file itself.
So yes all your images will automatically be restored because the images will be pulled out of the mp3 file itself. The image files themselves are no
longer needed.

what about images from the internet?
are those images encoded inside the mp3 when you set them as the album cover in the editor?

Won't this result in corrupt MP3s??? Has this problem been fixed yet? I though that embedding pics with MP3s within eJukebox would result in
the first few seconds of an MP3 being cut off?
Thanks,

eJukebox Lookedup Images:
If you use eJukebox looked up images then only a reference number (not the image itself) is encoded in the mp3 tag so that eJukebox can use that # to
automatically restore the image after rebuilding.
Non-eJukebox Lookedup Images:
If you Set an Image by putting in the Internet URL or Local File Path of the image in the editor it will encode the actual picture inside of the
MP3.
We are currently working on fixing a partial Mp3 corruption bug associated with loosing the first 2-3 seconds of the song after adding a non-eJukebox
lookedup image to SOME MP3s in the editor. This bug only effects Mp3s which never had an encoded image before AND do not have any ID3 tag padding. We
will have this bug fixed very soon.

Thanks for continuing to work this one. It deserves attention. I have many songs I want my own (or downloaded image for), but it is blank now until a
fix comes.
Audiosoft, it would be very easy to bash you for this but I am sure you are working to fix it and are not happy this occurs, so thanks instead, eJ is
great.
BTW, you are right it is SOME not all songs. I hadn't noticed there was an image before. But a lot of ones I want to fix were on
"collections" and my idea is to have no collections. Just artists with every song they have done right there. If you want an album, do a
search. Its there.
So all these "hits" have covers like "Decade..." etc. So I go look for a cover from the album that the cut origianally appeared
on. So I cause this by changing the internal "hits" cover to my own and that overights the first few seconds. That makes sense.
Good luck with the fix!
Don

The partial mp3 corruption bug has been fixed in v3.1. Embedding pics in MP3s within eJukebox No longer results in the first few seconds of an MP3
being cut off.
