program does not start correctly
app hangs when launching, leaving a semi opaque window on screen. It calls winamp correctly, but then remains like in the background, no reaction on
mouse / Keyboard controls.
There were no errors during setup.
Can u help?

What version of Windows are you using?
Please try the following and let us know if it fixes the problem for you:
Open the file "ejukebox.ini' in "C:\Program Files\eJukebox" and add the following 2 lines to the bottom of the file:
[StartShutdown]
Fade=1
Then save "ejukebox.ini" and retry starting eJukebox.

Hi,
I had this issue (Except the windows was completely transparent when it hanged. The ini tip allows EJ to load now but two (Probably related) problems
remain:
1) Performance is terrible, the EJukebox.exe process used 85-97% cpu time.
2) EJukebox appears to quit fine but the process remains and so does the cpu usage.
System Spec:
1Ghz Celeron (256K Cache)
128Mb Ram (45Mb spare physical when EJ starts)
80Gb HD
Windows 2000 Server SP4

The above 2 problems were solved by disabling all the unecessary display options. EJ works nicely with the exception of the usual compilation problems
(Have had these since early V2.Xs)
