Installer quits

Today I tried this program breifly, I couldn't get any cover art to dispaly and the libarary although it would search the specified directory never displayed any of the music found. It reported finding music. I then removed the software and tried to re-install. But I receive an error message "An error was encountered while preparing for extraction. PLease contact software provider for help. So help! Is there any doc?

I would try downloading the installer again...as it should work. There was probally an internet transfer problem when you download it before.

What version of windows do you have?

There are instructions on what you need to do if eJukebox is unable to add the music files it finds to the database at: http://www.audiosoft.net/download.htm
Click "Click Here if eJukebox doesn't work after installation" and follow the instructions.
