Tools button still available in kiosk mode

I am running the demo and find it to be very good. I am most interested in kiosk mode and its ability to keep people from mucking around.

However, I can't seem to get the the Tools button to not be visioble in kiosk mode. From there, a user can choose View Playlist and then Load and then gain access to the whole computer!

I am missing something?

I have also noticed that sometimes I can x and close it even though it is set to load in fullscreen kiosk mode.
