Look! The dark arctic design :)
Me and Fishy are working on a new songview design, based on Pirks HTPC view. As you can see, eJ's own menu images have also been messed with just
a bit.

Ah... interesting work guys! Maybe could you also post a zip file somewhere... in order i try that in broad daylight!
Are you really all the time in the dark in the Arctic? During a long time?? Curious to know for me in France!
Thanks.

Pirk: Thanks from us both. A zip file will be present soon. However, the skin is far from done..
It's completly darkness from November to medio January. In the summer it's light all the time, the sun shines at the middle of the night.
It's kindof wacko

Wouahou! I am quite disorientated by what you say me! I think you need to don't loss your watch!! Otherwise how to know when
it's time to sleep?? Unless you "only" sleep from November to January...

This is getting way off topic but it's quite easy to explain. The enviroment never gives any useful cues about when to sleep. So one have to
trust the internal sources, which often are quite unreliable too.

Ok, but what do you mean by "the internal sources" ? It's when you "fall" tired ?!

Yepp.. things like blurry sight, oversensitivity to light, messed up speech. In general messages from your brain that it's time to sleep
For a short time the patterns are more normal (day--> light, night ---> dark), during late August to November..

You know concerning to me, i go to sleep around midnight. Well normally... if i listened to me, sometimes i would forget to sleep! But then the day
after is hard: i experience the symptoms you say... all the day!

I also tend to forget about it Often due to some new albums which must be
tagged or something else, extreamly "important" that have to be done fast and without hesitation

Yes, to tag the albums is a "relatively" big job! nowadays... And i don't dare to ask you what is your other extreamly important thing
to do so fast and without hesitation!

Junk: Do you think the good old plastic bag should be modified to match the arctic songview better? For a more seamless integration, maybe a more
"navy" dark blue color would be nice?
On the other hand it can be nice to have a clear distinction between the album and songlist as well.

Well, the backgrounds in the songlists were made quite fast, and are not delicately planned. They could be made quite stunning, as one could take use
of lighting / shadow effects corresponding to the borders and placement of text and album art. So i'd rather begin with making the other
backgrounds more enrichened, but the album list is also ripe for enhancement.

junk, Fishy,
Maybe could you embellish your Dark Arctic skin using some beautiful northern lights? That would be like a magical dream for us, non-Norwegian
eJukebox users...
