EJukebox v5.33
What's New v5.33 - 9/22/2010
-added big stars to Vinyl skin
-faster tag writing
-Playlist track length times now more accurate
-A-Z button click and A-Z keyboard shortcuts now animate the A-Z slider
-made new stretched album cover songlist background faded by default so that it works well with existing skins
Full and Upgrade installers are now available for v5.33 at http://audiosoft.net/download.htm
For smallest download do Tools->Check for New Version in EJukebox

-Songlist background album cover image is now stretched to the size of the list area
-added NetRelated descriptions when the mouse is over the thumbnail image
-EDV buttons now re-size the left side to fill the screen's width

I like this new feature, but could we also keep the previous mosaic as an option?

how about this? a seamless fade from the stretched image once at the top into the tiled...

ah interesting idea! it works good with contrasted images. and the effect produced can also be nice when scrolling a long list. Thanks!

i think the new effect is in the artistlist: when you change the list it flashes once!

you got it Pirk - EJ animates the Big A-Z letter to the next letter clicked...
Not sure if the effect is any good or annoying? what do you think?

well i would say this new scrolling effect is funny, but not indispensable neither. it is not really annoying, just funny while it scrolls. if you
want to improve the effect, maybe you could add a sound simulating a mechanical move: traaaaaaaaaaac! instead of just tac when the option disable
sound events is unchecked..

ok, the new a-z animation is "much more better!" 
well it seems my angled 8.png still works good with the new animation.

well since i upgraded to v5.33 i DON'T have the stretched album cover in the songlist anymore, only the tiled images!? I tried with or without #bg{},
no difference.

hmmm really?
maybe the new default alpha filter on it is too faint to notice?
the reason i made the stretched image more faded was because i loaded up Arctic skin and the stretched image was covering the dark blue background
which was not right. Now it looks dark blue with 25% of the stretched cover blended in.
Can you see it in A5 Vinyl skin? Vinyl's songlist.dis was updated in v5.33 so it is less faded using this
