Hi everyone,
I hope that you all are great.
I have read the message of Brice "bug affichage", so i restart little same topic as Brice.
I have installed :
Windows Vista SP1 / SP2
IE 7 / IE 8
Adobe Flash Player >10,xx
Norton Internet Security 2009
Ejukebox version 4.99.54, version 4.99.90
I have problemes with blank images (you understand better with pictures that i have make)
It's not the skins, because on the pictures you can see the probleme on different skins.
Here are the pictures :
You can see, first picture it's okay, but fews seconds later, you can see Picture 2
And now others pictures, without comments.
If you can see, it's not the same skins.
Before works great.
This probleme is on IE 7, IE 8 & IE 8 + Vista SP2
I have uninstalled & reinstalled and always the same probleme since fews days.
I dont have virus.
Please help me.

Hi Irving, your film is impressing! what a shame you have all these blank images.. it seems they show up quite randomly, well I don't know. sure that
your film will help Audiosoft to figure out this bug.

Thank you, about the film, i can do better and bigger of course.
About the blank image, i dont realy know where they came from.
I hope Audiosoft can help me.

Salut Pirk j ecris en francais pour etre sur de me faire comprendre.
J ai reussi a regler mes problemes de bugs .
Tout etait du a ma carte mere qui avait de mauvais drivers installes .
Une fois cette rectification faite plus de bugs .
Si tu pouvais expliquer ceci a Alpheratz13 peut etre que cela pourait eventuellement regler son probleme ....

J'ai bien compris que tu vient le dire.
Ton proleme c'était mauvais pilotes et tu penser que c'est possible que mes pilotes sont pas correct (mauvaise version).
C'est possible et presque certaine, pour savoir il faut que je doit tout reinstaller mon windows.

You have probleme with yuur drivers (Wrong drivers).
And you think it's perhaps the same probleme for me.
And i think that you perhaps right, but too be sure, i think i need reinstaller Windows.

all those white areas are supposed to be the overlay PNG images (scroll sliders, artist button overlays, carousel overlay, album visor)...only thing i
can think of is your gdi32.dll is corrupt or ej can't access the skin png image files because of Vista UAC. make sure you install to C:\eJukebox\
on Vista and not under Program Files.
If you still can't get them to show you can disable them...
If you do Tools->Options
Display tab->
Check 'Use Scrollbars' and it will get rid of 4 of the white squares.
If you delete or rename the file eJukebox\images\EJ Remix\visorcar.png it will get rid of the big one over the carousel. also may also need to
remove visoralbumlistbar.png.

Irving, you think you need to reinstall windows?! maybe just new drivers would do the trick?
Audiosoft, I also have a white area transitory in the songlist area. well it's not the same problem.. since it only occurs on song changes anim, and
only when my albumlist is open. Just let you know..

Thank you Audiosoft, but i prefere use the soft completly.
And Pirk, i uninstall and reinstall the display driver but still don't works, perhaps is not the probleme the driver of my display card, it's can be
otherrs drivers or software.
So i am affraid to reinstall windows (i use the norton ghost) so i take the first image of ghost, because others don't works well the ejukebox.

Hi everybody,
So, i have format and reinstaller windows so far.
It's seems the probleme are the drivers, i don't know wich one, but for the moment it's work great, so i make an Ghost Image from that moment.

Wich one is the last version of Ejukebox 5 Beta ?
My last version that i get is "eJukebox 5 Beta 37"

Hi,
I found out what is the probleme with Blank Images.
Is my New Keyboard that i brought fews days ago.
Is an "LOGITECH ILLUMINATED KEYBOARD"
It's the software as probleme with Ejukebox.
Logitech Setpoint.
Funny is i have also an Logitech Mouse " MX Revolution" and also the same Setpoint of Logitech.
But since i connecter my Logitech Keybaord on my PC, so the setpoint detect the new product and the setpoint use my keyboard, so 2 product with 1
Software.
I hope that i have explain well and you understand.
Only i can do is uninstaller the Setpoint of Logitech.
Perhaps once day is Ejukebox compatible with Logitech Setpoint.
I try all kind version of Logitech Setpoint and no one are good.
