Add to playlist Adds Duplicates as well

So here's a problem I'm running into.
I have MP3's and Flacs in my collection. When searching the database EJ Hides the duplicates. This is great (I'd like it to prioritize FLACs over MP3's but that's another story). So I click into an album, let's say 'Title of Record' and it displays the single album with dupes hidden. If I then ask EJ to add the album to the playlist, it adds not only the songs in the view I was looking at, but also all the dupes that were hidden. This leaves me with 2 of each track in the playlist.

Is there any way around this?
