options/playlist background
Is there any way to change the options/playlist background & menu background color, at the moment they are blue & light purple. I’m referring
to the one located in the now playing area.

That color is set in colors.ini by the value of Background=X under:
[NowPlayingRight]
Background=0
HiBackground=0
Style=7
