Video Support??
Audiosoft,
We previously discussed a list of extensions that could be made loadable in eJ. You said maybe in 4. I tried it in 4 and it doesn't see any of my
video extensions...yet.
In other words when I add new songs by browsing to a folder, I want eJ to add any file in the folder. Like .mpgs, .avis, m2vs, etc. Can this be done?
I have to add each video by hand now.
Thanks!

eJukebox 4 is still in Alpha. Don't worry I haven't forgot. When v4 final comes out there will be a way to select the file extensions you want to
have it search for during database setup.

Maybe all these files should be loaded into something equal to the albumlist: named 'musicvideos' or simular. With small preshots or realtime avi
animation in the list? probably just the first frame, since many of us
would load several videos into ejukebox in this case. Further, one could create links between the music and video parts in ejukebox. By for instance
linking to videos by a particular artist in the songlist or simular, hmm..

I run two separate eJs on one machine. One is linked to a winamp with crossfading, etc. for the audios. The other is linked to a winamp that runs the
video on the second monitor.
I already have it working fine. But since eJ only looks for MP3s on a rebuild, I cannot rebuild my video jukebox. I have to add every song one at a
time by dragging it into winamp and then eJ decides to add the file, even tho the extention is wrong. eJ catalogs them just like normal and they run
fine. I just am in fear of a HD crash (close to 2 Tb now!!!) that will force a rebuild. It would take weeks of tedious dragging. I want an option to
allow any and all files in a given directory to be treated as music files. Audiosoft says it is coming!!!!

How's that going? I found no options for my videos.
