Use the ' Welcom to eJukebox' line for....

 Is it posible to change the 'Welcome to eJukebox' to the 'now playing' info ? (Artist - Song).

Should be nice (in 'Album' mode i think it should be a nice thing.. And I can see it from the coutch :D)
