Drag and drop album in IE11 not working?

 Hi
I can't get the drag'n'drop of albums to work in IE11 on Win 8.1!
Am I the only one?
Actually, I'm more in need to have it working in on my iPhone and Mac - any chance of that?
Really would be appreciated:)
