Goofy Problem
Hi
I have a really goofy problem. I have an album with 21 tracks that I loaded into the player. All 21 tracks copy just fine. Only 20 tracks show up
when I add new music. The jukebox skips the 21'st track. I have tried to fix the problem by deleting the files, rebuilding the database to get the
deleted files out of the system, and then I re-added the files to the database. It still only shows 20 tracks instead of 21.
The wierd thing is that it is only one album I have loaded out of the 836 that are installed that is doing this. Everything else works awesome!! Has
anyone else had an issue like this?

I don't know if it's still topic, but before the very short titles was skipped during the database import. maybe your missing song is just very
short?

yes small files are skipped during database setup which is probably the issue. they are skipped to keep incomplete downloads and sound effects files
from games etc out of the database.
it will not add via database update/add new files when:
1. the FileSize < 350K and the file name does not contain "intro"
2. the file name contains the word "incomplete"
the way you get around that is by dragging that missing file from windows explorer directly to the EJukebox playlist. then EJ will add the file to the
database.

Hi
The file size of my missing song is over 6Mb and it does not have the word incomplete in the title or id tag or file name. I tried to drag and drop
from windows explorer to the playlist and it did not add the song.
Thanks for helping.

Could it be the album? It is a soundtrack and the names are in Italian.

Sorry it has been awhile. I tried to rename the file and drag it to the playlist. I still can't get the file to come up into the database. It's
wierd. When I rebuild the folder, the program will find all 21 files and add them to the database but the 21'st file will not show up. When I try
to drag it to the playlist, it will not show up in the playlist either.
