What's winamp needed for?
Had a newbie question - in eJukebox, what exacatly is Winamp needed for?
I'm trying to setup ejukebox as a player for music videos *only*...so I'm curious what winamp brings to the table, which wouldn't be available if I
didn't have it installed...and just used the built in WMP. So far it plays all the formats ok...
Any info is appreciated

For a video only EJukebox don't bother with winamp. Winamp is not used for videos in EJ.
Winamp is mostly good for playing shoutcast radio stations on the now playing panel in EJukebox. You can use their shoutcast DSP plugin to broadcast
your audio stream so you can listen from a different computer. You can control selection remotely with EJ's 2Web feature. Also you can have EJukebox
play audio files through winamp if you want to use any of winamp's plugins.
