.MP4 Video/Audio Detection
I am working on getting eJukebox to detect when mp4 has video but it is only possible after loading in internal player. Right now eJukebox treats all
.mp4 as audio file and doesn't show video...this needs to change. Since Winamp doesn't seem to show the video for mp4 either I think we should
probably make this switch so everyone can see the video in eJukebox. only thing is this will force audio only .mp4 to always be played by internal
player when 'use internal player for videos' is checked. Let me know what you think. btw ej already has .m4a import support for audio only and will
soon add .m4v video import.

ok v4.99.78 makes this change so .mp4 is now always played in internal player when 'use internal player for video' is checked. btw you can rename
.mp4 audio to .m4a and rebuild or removemissing+add new if you really need the audio to play in winamp.
