oops on the black page. ok now the Shelf3D.com demo works in internet explorer too. ;) and the license price is now $99 for a limited time.

Shelf3D - Customizable Flash Photo Menu/Gallery/Slideshow for your web site

SUMMARY:
Embed Shelf3D any size on your website and customize to match your site design. Use as many photos as you want. Photos, captions and links are specified in xml file. Photos can be any size and will display full resolution when Full Screen button is clicked. Includes real-time options to customize look and xml file for making the customizations permanent.

Here are excerpts from the Instructions.txt inside the Instant Download that you get when you order:

To INSTALL Shelf3D on Your Website:
Upload all the files to a folder on your website.
Upload is usually accomplished using an FTP program. Once you have uploaded the files to your desired location email me your order receipt and I will email you back your xml regkey. You will have my full support. After you upload your regkey the photos specified in your xml will load on your website.

CUSTOMIZATION:
You can edit the xml in notepad to configure Shelf3D and set your photos, captions, links, skin, etc. There are xml values for all the settings on the advanced options menu. And you can specify the image, image dimensions, caption, and id (javascript value or webpage URL link) for as many images as you want.

IMAGES:
Upload your photos to the same folder as shelf3d or use other images anywhere on your domain by specifying the full or relative path URL to the image inside the xml. You can use bmp, gif, jpg, and png with alpha tranparency. The images can be any aspect ratio and any dimensions up to 3000x3000.

LINKS:
See FSCommand section inside index.html to set up photoclick, photodrag, and mouseover events. You can use these to make it trigger the loading of a web page URL or to do something else via javascript like changing things on the web page.

EMBED on your web pages:
You can make shelf3d as large or small as you want. Just use the code below inside your webpage and modify the height and width or place it inside a table. It automatically resizes for best fit and keeps the aspect ratio of your source images.

Looks cool. It could actually be used as a menu for a web page, especially when you can resize.

Is it possisble to set the start position, for example to the middle?

yes it is perfect for a menu. when i get a chance i will update the demo to show how linking can work. BTW Middle is possible but how about if I change it so it starts at image #2 instead? Would that be good enough? That way you see all the images when you go forward and don't need to go back.

Yes that could do it.

Another future addition could be an option that let the "wheel" continue - after the last picture it would begin to show the first one. That way you could continue on each side and there would allways be frames at each side of the the center.

It's very cool to be able to play around with the parameters.:D:D
