formating harddrive
What should I do when I have to format my harddrive? Will I have to buy a new eJukebox registration, or can i some how use my existing registration?

All you have to do is email contact@audiosoft.net with your new application ID# that is on the copy of eJukebox that is installed on the newly
formatted drive. Then we will deactivate your old code and email you back a new registration code.

Does that mean that i will only have to keep my old registration serial number?

Actually all you need to do is email us with your new Application ID# using the same email address and last name you used when you ordered.

We will email you back if we need more information. Usually the name on the credit card you used will be enough.
