Run-time Error '3709'

 Windows 95-98 users who recieve this error should first download and install Microsoft Jet 4.0 Service Pack 3 from:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=af693865-2bab-4ae5-b001-42840473ef39&DisplayLang=en

All Windows users who recieve this error should download and install Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) 2.7 Service Pack 1 from:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=9ad000f2-cae7-493d-b0f3-ae36c570ade8&DisplayLang=en
