3.97 upgrade

 I have the 3.97 version and it keeps asking me to update and after i update it restarts and it asks to upgrade again. This has happened about 4 times over a 3 week time frame. Does anyone have the same problem? 3.97OCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 3.2 Final//EN"> I tried to reinstall and now it's asking me to register please send me a new registration ASAP
