Problem with Album images
I recently put 100 new songs in ejukebox. The album cover for all of them is this strange cross hatch black abd white pattern. It looks ok when the
song is playing, but when displaying all the songs for this artist the single cover is corrupted. A friend also has eJ. We added three new albums last
night and all of them had this cover. Then some of his songs he has had for some time showed this cover. In NOW PLAYING as well. If you edit the song
the cover looks fine, but is this strange pattern in the larger veiw like now playing and the song list. I upgraded him to 3.96 just before it all
went bad. Anyway we can get an older version back or have this fixed?
Also strange. He was at 3.88 and the "look for new version" didn't work for him, but it did for me.
Thanks
Don

Here is a what it looks like. The crosshatch is slightly different per album. It almost looks like a stretched image. Notice the image in the editor
is fine.
Thanks

It looks like Audiosoft knows of this. Someone brought it up...but in the General discussion forum. Never looked for this there. The Moderator should
move this one here. It is a bug to me.

I confirmed what Audiosoft said. It is only on the ones that automagically get the album, but if you do it yourself the images are ok.
But Audiosoft, the drag and drop works very poor. First time fine. Then the next album gets the image used last. No dragging will change it. You
plainly see one image and when you drop it it does not change.
The old tried and true way I have always used still works. Find your image on the web. Right click|Properties. Highlight and copy the url of the
image. Choose Use Image From... and paste in the url. Works every time and has no issues with different sizes.
When do we get 4? I know, when we quit reporting bugs..
Still it is the best thing there is, thanks for your hard work. I just sold my buddy on buying a license and setting up his own.

Mine does it too.
It all worked fine a month or so back before I bought it. I bought it and made a fresh new OS install, and a fresh new EJuke install, and now
this.
The images appear to be grossly zoomed in. Thats why it looks fine in the editor I suppose.

Under "options/image size" there are three checkboxes.
Large, small 3 wide, and small 4 wide. If you take it off large and go smaller it will work fine to display albums. Its stil f00bard in "currently
playing" however.

Explanation from Audiosoft is here, albeit not helpful in
the slightest for anybody with more then 20 albums or so.

Yep.
We just had another, "ACE", who has complained about this in the discussion forum.
It looks terrible.
Audiosoft, short of pulling the internet connection is there any way to stop this until your new version is ready?
Thanks
Don
