Hi

I am running version 5.69 without any problems. When I try to upgrade to 5.70, Windows gives me the typical "Ejukebox has encountered a problem and needs to close" message. Has anyone had any issues upgrading to version 5.70? Is there something I may be missing in my Windows install that is keeping this upgrade from happening? I have a very basic version of XP running that I thinned out using XP lite.

I have this same problem, and it has not occurred with other upgrades, going waaaayyyy back! I have been waiting for a 5.71, hoping that a new version would not suffer from this problem. I have probably tried upgrading to 5.70 five or six times, all of which produced this same error.

And I am running a newer Win 7 machine.

I did a clean install on my machine, upgraded to Windows 7 and downloaded the 5.70 version from the website. It still does not work. Now I don't have any jukebox program because I cannot get back to 5.69. I have not been able to get any support to get this working. It's almost like nobody cares about these problems.

Saw the 5.71 update, tried it, and same problem. Audiosoft, any thoughts on next steps???

To fix this issue:
Close EJukebox and download and run the upgrade from http://audiosoft.net/download.htm

or download the full setup and it will upgrade you the same.

sorry about this guys, i have deactivated the 'new version check' and 'live update' until windows 8 because win7 keeps crashing it.
you will no longer get a message to upgrade so make sure to check audiosoft.net every so often for updates. Newest versions are always at http://audiosoft.net/download.htm
