in my opinion the best, free multiband compressor tool.
it includes an AGC (multiband is possible), a 5 band compressor/expander/limiter, a master 2 band limiter/compressor, a clipper and last but not least a stereo expander.

+: sounds good, easy to use, really many parameters
-: design, meters are optical very slow
