Song plays just fine in media player and winamp.
But regardless of what I do, whenever I load, rebuild, refresh the database, I can't get ONE song (which of course my favorite song) from one of my
favorite ablums to load properly.
It just does not show up. I even tried making several copies in that artists folder to see if it would load. no go.
Now what the heck can I do?!?!?
Frustrated and pulling my hair out,
David

already tried loading a fresh copy of the song, already tried renaimg it as well.
How does one edit the tag?

Try this:
Make a copy of the file and give it a new name. Drag the new file from explorer to the EJukebox playlist.
There is also Hot Lists->Newest Songs
and if you right click the song in EJukebox and select Edit Song you can fix any tag issue.
If it is still a problem you can upload the file here by attaching it to a post and I will see if i can figure out what the problem is
OK, renamed the song and tried to drag and drop it into the playlist. All it did was cause the program to lock up and force me to open task managaer
to shut it down hard.
I have also found out it is not just the one song. One whole Beatles album (Sgt Pepper) is in the same boat.
The only song that shows up from that album is when I am 64. I tried to delete, re-add, rebuild the folder and-or directory with no luck.
And no, I can not edit the tag (however that is done) in Ejukebox as the song is NOT in there to begin with.
Thanks for posting the mp3. The reason it was not working was that your EJ pick/play count value in the tag was corrupt.
The following v5.19 exe fixes this problem so the mp3 can get added to the database without error.
New v5.19 download available under the latest updates section
