Sorry I forgot to follow up with you after beta 1 was released.
With v4 Beta 1 - eJukebox should now fully support databases with more than 32768 songs.
Please download v4.0 beta 1 UPGRADE from here and see if it fixes the problem: http://dl.filekicker.com/send/file/181099-5A34/eJukebox_v4.0_Beta1_Upgrade.exe
The only limit now is the ejuke.asn database file cannot be more than 2GB...which i doubt even yours is.
Just make sure to shutdown eJukebox first then run the download to install the upgrade. Let me know how it goes.
It should fix the problems you were having and make eJukebox work correctly with databases containing more than 32768 songs. Try doing 'Add New
Music' from the tools menu to continue adding the rest of your songs that were not successfully added to the database yet.
If you still have problems please reply here and be specific as possible as to what happens and I will try to get it fixed for v4 beta 2. Also, please
