Now Playing Album Cover Size....
Camisano - 5-25-2006 at 02:08 AM

The NOW PLAYING Album cover is usualy twice the size of the library album art. I started up my cpu the other day and now it is the same size as the album art in the library. I try to click and drag the line to enlarge that area, but no good. For some reason I cannot get the NOW PLAYING cover to get any larger?

Can anyone help out with this...thank you for your time.

Chris

Have you tried to drag the HORIZONTAL bar under the now playing image?

Hmm...What screen resolution are you using? To have the large Now Playing cover art you need to be using 1024x768 or higher.

Drag the bar that says UP NEXT down to resize the main cover larger.

Thank you for your responses....

I am running at 1024X768 resolution & have tried to drag, I had it set-up like this and that is how I made the now playing album art larger. I shut the computer down one day and when I rebooted it, it came back up with the album art equal to the Library. Now it won't let me drag to make it larger.

Any other ideas? Please.....

Chris

I was getting a similar problem, it used to size automatically if I used the maximise option at the top of the now playing list then I'd get max size covers but this no longer happens.
However if I drag the 'Up next' bar down then the art resizes to fit, this is fine imo but just a slight change in functionality from the old version that may cause a little confusion. :D

(I'm running 1280x1024 btw)

Yes this is definately still an issue in 4.0b1. I can't resize left to right OR up and down. So Sad... my large album covers are crying

:P

CiXel,

If you have to use eJukebox at 1024x768, in order to be able to resize the 'now playing' cover larger, you will need to click the button at the top right with this on it:

If you can raise your screen resolution to 1152x864 that would be the best thing you can do because when you maximize eJukebox at that resolution you get the full layout and large cover.

Ahhh... thanks.
Yes, the double arrow did let me resize the album cover.
I'm stuck at 1024x768 as that's the native resolution of my touch screen.

The annoying part of this mode is that it cuts off the large album display when it resizes, and I can't resize them back out no matter how small I make my album cover unless I use wide display mode...

Also, I love the Big player buttons and the way you've handled them (on top when they have to and integrated when wide enough) Is there any way to make the play buttons the boundary so they don't cover the album cover when the display is small? It cuts off nearly 1/3 of the bottom when the song has a long title

Thanks for looking
