Maybe this is just a problem with winamp3 since you're recommend WA2.x

In Popularity Mode (and maybe in other modes as well) winamp doesn't get the informations about the second and following songs. It shows still old song titles.
Ok, EJ has a wonderful now-playing-display, but sometimes I have it minimized und have just a quick look on my Winamp.
Further can't I have plugins like Lyrix search for lyrics without the songinfos like Name and Artist.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

The Winamp3 current song display not being updated is a known problem with Winamp3 which we can not fix until Winamp3 itself is updated by Nullsoft. This is one reason why we recommend using Winamp 2.91.

If you would rather use Winamp3 you can right click the now playing display on eJukebox for a link to the lyrics for the song. Also, under the eJukebox display options you may want to enable "Show Web Links in eJukebox" to have the lyrics displayed inside eJukebox.

If you like the Lyrix search plugin better than the eJukebox lyrics capability i believe there is a version of that plugin for Winamp2.x.
