Ejukebox crashes everytime I try and refresh the database.

Having so many problems with it after only two days since I purchased it.

How can I reinstall without having to pay to reactivate it again?

I also once had this problem and you are the only other person I have found who has run into it. I could never come up with a cause or solution for it. I'm not sure what I did, but one day it just started working again. I tried reinstalling, but that didn't help the problem. I guess you just have to play around with things because I'm really not sure how I resolved it.

I have just realised that it only started doing this on the day the 30 day trial expired, even though I have bought a licence now. Is this a possibility?
