mysterious disappearing pictures

First off - well done Audiosoft for a wicked app! On the whole, it's just what I'm looking for. Gonna have to save the pennies for a touchscreen now!

However, still in trial period and considerig buying. But come across a few bugs - the major one following:

I had to reinstall my system yesterday (!!!! jeezz! - forgot to back up me email too!!) Beofre this had nicely built up a respectbale e-jukebox + album arts. Didn't like to autolookup too much, as would often get wrong album cover for single artist compilations and re-name the song to the 'other' album.

Instead, I used the edit tag feature, and either dragged existing artwork to it, or used the lookup or info link to get it. Worked nicely, nicely... (albeit quite labourious)

until... the dreaded system re-install. Naturally accepted that I would have to rebuild the database from the music files stored on another HD. But when I did this, this is what I got... (see attachement)

hmmmm
:o

You'll notice that in the album view, all the pictures are 'broken' yet in the now playing and 'next' panel - the picture is complete. I haven't done anything with these albums, and autolookup is off. I've used tag&rename to examine some folders (inc ebtg) and the pictures are attached to the id4 tags.

Few Q's:

1. When you "set image for all" does ejuke attach the picture to the id4 tag on each song on the album?

2, If you use autolookup (which i did when first setting up the system) - where does that image go - is it all id4 tags on the album or just a couple?

3. How does ejuke assign pictures to albums. Does it look in the folder for a pic, or does it check all/some id4 tags?

4. How the :P do I fix this?

Thanks, and sorry for such a long post by a newb, but like to ensure all info available. Cheers to anyone who can help.

Steve

ohh... or does it attach an image to the folder - using tag&rename - some albums have not got any pics in id4, but think they have it attached to the folder somehow (no idea how that works!) - can you extract these images from folders onto the tracks id4s?

:D
