When I click on the "update database button" and then "cleanrefresh" I heard a little ding and eJukebox disapears. I get no erorr of any kind, but
playback continues.(I assume since Winamp doesn't close) This has happened every time I have attempted to use the feature. Is anyone else
experiencing this in 3.95? Thanks!
My songs with longer names are also running over the edges of the now playing window, and it was not a problem in 3.88.
We just looked at the code and have no idea why this would happen. I don't think anyone else has experienced this problem.
What version of Windows do you have installed?
RE: My songs with longer names are also running over the edges of the now playing window, and it was not a problem in 3.88.
This is a known problem in v3.95/6 do to the implementation of the new left panel resizing ability . Hopefully we will be able to get this fixed for
the next version. In the mean time you can drag the border on the right of the now playing panel to increase its width a little bit if you are running
a screen resolution over 1024x768.
I have windows XP Home Edition with SP2
Any new news on this issue Audiosoft? Thanks!
I have reinstalled windows and stiill have this problem.
Hello Audiosoft???
Can you please help me out. If you can't reply on the forums you need an e-mail address people can use for technical problems.

Thanks for fixing the problem with the names running over Audiosoft.
As I said I just reformatted and my computer is totally up to date as far as drivers and windows updates go. I never had this problem in 3.88 and
changed nothing after updating to 3.95. All the buttons work for me in the database manager except clean/refresh one which now effectively acts as an
exit button instead. I get no error when this happens and I beleive it also shuts down eJukebox from running in the backround, because I don't have
to wait at all to open it again like normal. Audiosoft if you can work with me as far as serial #'s go I can try to reinstall 3.88 and see if it
still works fine, because I already have a request in after reformatting and only have like 15 days left. I have Windows XP Home Edition SP2 and
eJukebox is installed on a secondary hard drive. Other than that I can't think of anything else that would make my setup much different from others.
I appriciate your help! Adam
Just to rule out one hypothesis. I run sp 2 and clean/refresh works fine here. Hope you'll figure it out.
Thanks Fishy.
Is may be possible that several problems I have are all related to some database problem. Earlier today I posted about covers not showing in Now the
Now Playing window and also it seems like the edits I am making to songs are not going into effect, because if I totally rebuild the database songs I
just got covers for off the internet are no where to be found.
Is it possible that your mp3's have got a read only flag or somthing?
rllercstr7,
We did not change anything with Clean/Refresh after v3.88 so I don't know how it could work on v3.88 and not on v3.97. Plus you really don't have to
use Clean/Refresh... just use "Re-build Database" or "Add New Music Files" instead.
But if you really want you can install a copy of v3.88 into a different folder (i.e. Crogram FileseJukebox388) on your computer to test if the Clean/Refresh button actually still works for you with that version. You will
not need a new registration code if you install it on the same computer where eJukebox has already been registered.

I did what you suggested Audiosoft and installed 3.88 and it also had the same crash. I'm sure I'll figure out what it is sometime soon. Thanks
