Wouldn't it be logical if the songlist does as the albumslist does now---> sort albums by year by default. Or at least add a possibility to sort the display of albums in the songlist by year. It feels kindof inconsistent that the albumlist sorts the albums in one way, and the songlist in another.

I agree. It's another of my very old wishies for eJukebox... At the time where i haved push -a lot- for get the albums be sorted by year in eJukebox different lists. I remember at the time, that was in the old forum..., Audiosoft don't have allowed year sorting in the songlist because an album can contain songs with different years, so the albums would be cut in pieces and mixed with other albums: each album would appear several times in the same songlist. That is the problem!
Personally, as i'm a big fan of the year sorting, i've bypassed the thing including the year in front of each album name: "2004 - Album"; and that work perfectly even in the songlist!! But i would be delighted if a better solution (avoiding to use this trick) could be found now...

Maybe the songlist could use the same method than the album list already use until now?
