Whenever a friend of mine installs eJ for the first time, they are very annoyed and disappointed that eJ doesn't organise the albums in the
albums list the same way they've seen it before; namely grouped by artist.
I agree with them, this setting should be switched on by default, especially since this is a setting that really sets eJ out from the rest of the
digital jukebox / media centre programs, making it very impressive for first-time spectators.
hmm since I tend to play with the default settings within a program (like ej where it's actually possible) I haven't seen those
"default settings" in a long time. But I really enjoy the artist--> album sorting: Yes I think it should be defaulted.
But this request gave me a few associations (dont ask me why!) about a few (probably way out of topic) issues.
I wish that Ej could remember my settings sometimes. For instance I tend to keep the artistlist and albumlist expanded for each ej session. If Ej
could remember that, and start itself with these setttings at runtime it would be great.
Learning is changing behaviour due to experience, right? It feels kind of uneccassary to tell Ej to manually load the albumlist and artistlist each
time it's loaded, even when it's a consistent choice.
