I'd love to see a touch screen mode with BIG buttons everywhere. (MUCH easier to hit the right areas if they are big)

I second that request. I run eJukebox on a 7" widscreen touchscreen in my Tahoe, and 800 x 600 is very dificult to use. Either Big Buttons as scphillipp suggested, or 640x480 support would be nice.
