Is possible make in a new version of
Ejukebox on Start up of Windows in background (in System Tray)??

I don't know about the System Tray thing (that's seperate), but if you want eJukebox to start with Windows, why don't you drop a shortcut for it in your "Startup" folder (under your Start Menu)?
