I have spent a bit (ok a lot) of time recently re-ripping and getting my tags how I want them.
My question is this........by playing my files through ejuke do I run ANY risk of having any tags altered ?????
Any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

As long as they have a coverimage associated with them it shouldn't be any problems. If you want to be 100% sure you can disable the automatic lookup function under options--->other.
