What should I do when I have to format my harddrive? Will I have to buy a new eJukebox registration, or can i some how use my existing registration?
All you have to do is email contact@audiosoft.net with your new application ID# that is on the copy of eJukebox that is installed on the newly formatted drive. Then we will deactivate your old code and email you back a new registration code.
Does that mean that i will only have to keep my old registration serial number?
Actually all you need to do is email us with your new Application ID# using the same email address and last name you used when you ordered.
What if I don't remember what e-mail-adress I used when I ordered?
We will email you back if we need more information. Usually the name on the credit card you used will be enough.
