Hi eJukebox,
I am trying to re-register eJukebox on a machine that used to run it. I requested a new number via the order form, but nobody has gotten back to me.
It still says "pending verification" when I try to register my copy of eJukebox.
Please please please help me before my trial runs out.

When your verfication is complete you will receive an email notifying you that it is no longer pending and that you can then use your email and password to register eJukebox. Sorry for any delays. I have to manually enter everyone requesting into the new system. I will try to get the remaining verfications all completed by Wednesday at the latest. The good thing is that once you are in the new system any future registations can be handled yourself using your new license account.
