Probably you also have some non-mp3 files in the folders you scanned.
eJukebox can only reads tags of mp3 files. When it finds non-mp3 files (or some untagged mp3 files) it uses the file names as tags:
Track# - Artist - songname.xxx

So if it finds some "1 - songname.wma", "2 - songname.wma"... files, it will takes the tracks # as artists names... and it doesn't displays the tracks #!

Also the Album tags of non-mp3 files are extracted from the albums folder names!

Tx
But thats not it.
Their are all mp3 files but like you said ejukebox takes the file name and not the tag.

OK, so probably eJukebox can't read some of your mp3 tags. Try to check these files again..
And use the option "Clean / Refresh -> Re-Build Folder" of the eJukebox database update box.

You can also use the eJukebox internal song tags editor! (Right click on the songs in the songlist)

I hope you succeed!

Don't forget: After you have fixed your tags with T&R you NEED to use the option "Clean / Refresh -> Re-Build Folder".
